What should I expect during my first Reiki session?

During your first session, we'll begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs. You'll lie fully clothed on a treatment table while I gently place my hands on or near your body. Most people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, or emotional releases.

How do distance Reiki sessions work?

Distance Reiki works through the principle that energy is not limited by physical distance. I connect with your energy field remotely at the scheduled time. Many clients report feeling the same sensations as in-person sessions - warmth, relaxation, and energy movement.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations to allow others to book the time slot. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session fee. Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer package deals or discounts?

Yes! I offer package deals for multiple sessions. A 3-session package is available at 10% discount, and a 5-session package at 15% discount. I also occasionally run special promotions for new clients and seasonal healing packages.
